Decent cardigan, slow support
I got one of their oversized sweaters, a chunky knit cardigan. The quality was pretty good, felt soft enough. It took about 9 days for delivery, which was expected from the UK. I had a question about the washing instructions and emailed customer service; it took them 3 days to get back to me. The response was helpful once it arrived, but the wait was a bit long. Otherwise, the cardigan is nice and looks good.
